On Sept. 12, Mrs. Olson welcomed her daughter Megan to class. The younger Olson girl is studying to be a registered diatician, and she came to FHMS to present a lesson on the food pyramid. Students completed a food diary prior to Ms. Olson’s visit, and used it to discuss nutrition and the food pyramid. [...]
